I doubt she'll be fucked... she'll be cited for speeding, or careless driving and her insurance will pick up the tab for the property damage to the Lotus and F-150, and then her bodily injury coverage will kick in for the injuries.

Her rates will go up and she'll get some tickets... not like she's going to jail or anything.

in my old del sol i got hit by a guy (minor fender bender @25mph)

but the guy had no insurance or anything....
