Va Beach oceanfront is a huge waste/disappointment. Why would they actually build this when they could build another hotel?

It would be cool, just not at the oceanfront. Its starting to get ghetto as hell over there. Maybe if they put it off general booth or dam neck area. There's lots of space over there. If they keep it at the Oceanfront, its going to be hogged by tourists and locals won't even get to enjoy any of it. It should be for the locals anyway. I vote yes!

They would not build this thing for locals as it wouldn't get enough business to survive. It's rare that anything in this city is done for locals as it's the tourists that make this city what it is.
