they didnt take off the bumper first. the hood is covering 5 screws that you have to take out to get it off. the guys who did it left the front bumper in the drive way. and the 5 holes were in ment condition and not ripped off the car. so they had to pop the hood first. which means opening the door and the alarm.
technically it really does not mean that. its very easy to break a window on ANY car to where its not heard and all it takes is 2 people, one person breaks the window and pops the hood (while leaving the door closed) and the other person catches the hood so theres no real impact to set off the shock sensor, his shock sensor might not have been sensitive at all, almost all of my friends (whether they like it or not) alarms go off from the slightest touch the neighbors might stay pissed at their alarms but they keep the cars.i really see no point in taking a bumper off after the cars been stolen other than it was going onto a tow truck and wouldnt clear
