Something to the effect of 100+ accidents between Norfolk and VB this morning. With 1 fatality on Ferrell. Guy hit a pole got out of his car and a pepsi truck jack knifed and killed the guy which is hearsay at this point

I live on Kempsville, after 20 minutes I could still see my house after I left for work.

Took me 1 hour on a normal 15 minute commute this morning

 

Took me 1 hour 30 min to get from my place in the Damneck/General Booth area to downtown Noroflk... normally takes 30 min.

Took me 30 min to just get out of my neighborhood onto Damneck. A truck had jacknifed towing a large boat in the median on damneck past Upton but before the front entrance to Pine Meadows (my neighborhood).

 

My boss called me at 6:45 and was like, just stay home till 10:30, haha. I'm glad I did.

 

took me like an hour and half to get from green run aread to downtown norfolk. in front of freedom wash was backed up real bad too around 930 am

I heard the death on Ferrell was someone who flipped a car, crawled out and the got hit by a tractor trailer that jackknifed. Talk about shitty luck.
