edit: i work in hampton and newport news. so im local as well..
i might have sum parts also to throw in also just pm me what kind of parts u need.. but if u work a deal out with 98civiconair he'll let me know how much he'll need to meet ur price and ill throw it in, then we can work on a place to pull the motor......

probly bc hes wants to part the car and make money off it.. most buyers that go up on the price, they know there getting a good deal.. i bet this motor and everything will be up forsale very soon... but its ur car.. wanna see sumone make money OFF u.. then thats ur call...
if he wants to pay 700 for it then take it.. but i bet that price will go down once ur face to face... but again its not my car.. i have another zc sitting here waiting to get rebuild. i jsut need a motor to hold me over.. i told Chico i could have ur money on my end next friday.. but let me know if deal falls threw. let me know as soon as u do.

my point.. hes at 30 sumthing... thats alot.. he sells alot... back to my point that car will probly be parted out.. bet hell try and get 500-600 for the motor alone.. so in teh end hell come out making money on this deal

I actually want it because I have a 9 year old daughter that would love this car since I plan on tinting the windows and putting in 2 headrest TV's and maybe swap the engine for a B20. Plenty of room for totting around her stuff when I pick her up when its my turn for visitations.
not trying to say anything bad about u at all.. alot of ppl do this.. but no need to reply to everyones that not talking to u, that trying to get this also
if u get teh car and end up not using the motor pm me maybe we can work sumthing out
