I think 8k or less and you'll be fine...I drove right behind a cop one night with 6k and he was fine with it..i guess?

I rock 10k's dual beam in one of the Accords in my house and my dad's ram, as well as they've been ordered for my Durango. Just switch the bulbs before inspection back to stock

I run 6K, that have the closest color to stock and I've run them on 3 different cars over the years and never been pulled for it. Only the Crossfire has projectors. The others were just Standard Neon and RX-7 Headlights. I think the color of the biggest difference in being pulled. Besides, 8K look like smurf headlights and it gets worse from there. The Pink ones are Uber GAY.

sorry to bring this back from the dead but for anyone who HAS done this mod, if you are using projectors...were they the "cheap" style that ebay sells? If so, did you leave the lens alone or did you swap out the cheapo lens for a "better" lens?

If you don't have a shitty K then you won't be messed with.

I have 4300. Anything higher than 8k and your just being a ricer.

I've seen lots of Honda tuners around the Newport News area with the after market kits and haven't noticed too many being pulled over for it. Anyone in here know what I should expect???

I live in vb and installed 6000k in my stock housings, as long as you aim them a little low the cops wont bug you, i have sat right beside a cop with them and they haven't done a thing. Also i had them installed prior to my inspection and they still passed it. I think all that matters is that they are installed correctly and your ballast are installed securely.
