From left to right: 1991-94 Nissan 240sx DOHC power steering pump and bracket and the SR20DET Hicas power steering pump and bracket

Notice the bolt holes on the brackets, they don't match!
I thought the DOHC power steering pumps from US 1991-94 Nissan 240sx bolt right up to the SR without modifying the bracket.

The US DOHC pump won't fit on a SR hicas bracket.
Does anyone have a SR non hicas power steering bracket that I can try and possible buy?

First. if your wanting a loud stupid open to atmosphere bov on a stock sr, its pointless and doesnt help it at all. keep what ya got, its fine. ALWAYS recirc! unless your doing a map setup or blowthrew maf setup.

Second. Buy a sr ps pump + check to see if the brackets are the same from your hicas ps pump. I personally dont know if a s13 ps pump will work on a sr, but google it, look it up, just dont ask dumb questions.

TTT

S13 SR20DET black top

Do I need a boost controller even if I just want to run the stock 7 psi?

I can't find any good sites for the vacuum routing, do you know of one or can you tell me what to do?

Not stall, but it will usually have some fueling hiccups or a stutter. ECUs don't like it when air that's already been measured by a MAF doesn't make it into the engine. Different ECUs handle this more gracefully than others, but none of them like it. Use the right BOV for the type of sensors you have, its really simple. If you need more flow than what the stock recirc can handle, get an aftermarket recirc. I'm not willing to compromise driveability on a MAF-equipped car just so I can hear loud BOV for no reason, but if you feel like that's a worthwhile tradeoff, good for you.

Sounds to me like you got yourself into something you know little about. T off a vacuum line to your wastegate line and run that to your boost controller, manual. fuzzy logic whatever you are using and wire it up if it has wires. if you are using a T25 i would say don't go over 12psi anything over that its past its efficiency. either way its going to run like a turd man, its how outside and turbos don't like that. mine hates it.
