buddy of mine ran a 14.6 with massive headwinds last week in his EF with an SiR swap (jdm b16) still 160 hp, and he has the basic boltons I/E...and the EF is def lighter than an EG..so do the math...another friend of mine cut consistent 14.5-6's in his EG with an SiRII swap (jdm b16 w/ 170hp) with I/H/E and some msd...but basically its all up to the driver..and how good they are.
