Thanks guys, I'm half asian half white, so I don't think I should get too much for that. I could check out the lawyers around here and see.

Blacksburg and Tech are in Mont. Co., so that's where your going.

I checked the ticket and it does says Montgomery County, but it says I'm going to Blacksburg town Court.

Honestly I made this thread for help dealing with this as I've never been in this kind of a situation before. So getting smart ass comments from you guys isn't helping. Don't you think I know how stupid what happened was. I'm glad you guys think it's funny but this can really screw me over, so please just comment if you have something helpful.
