Need help asap,car wont start.

car now starts,and runs perfect,then once it gets warmed up it runs like complete dog shit?

So you broke a cam keyway. Put it back together. Starts. Idles, O.K?

When you rev, it runs like shit.

Sounds to me like your still off on the timing, or you bent a valve.

I'm not positive about a honda, but if its a zero clearance motor. Then when your keyway shit on you may have bent a valve, or valves.

I know with certain Chrysler engines if you are off 1 tooth they will either run o.k. at idle and shitty up higher, or idle like shit and run fine up in the R's.

No No,it runs perfect on start up,then once it get up to running temperature it runs like shit,like the ecu goes in to limp mode. Im tryingt to find out which sensor was doing that,but im just going to go with a new ecu since i didnt have this problem on my last motor.

Ok now im thinking i may have coolant lines crossed,can someone confirm this,this is how i currently have the lines running.


1st line from coolant rail>iacv>lower part of intake manifold.

2nd line from coolant rail>fitv>upper part of intake manifold.

not many of my friends have single cam eg's. thats what sucks,if i want something i must buy instead of borrowing to cross out the problem.

Na only eg bottom ends have 2 nipples coming off the coolant rail,some throttle bodies dont have a fitv.
