This is where im getting confused. I called cycle world and they gave me the number to some locksmiths. I'm 99 percent sure I mentioned to the girl that I had the small black tag..

thats weird.. When I bought my bike, different dealer, he specifically mentioned to call the dealer with that code to get a new key.
