And i dont get all the flack your getting??? It is the same deal with Wii's, PS3's, etc when they came out supply v. demand, dealers are marking them up some as high as 5.5k, so i think your price is fair until demand goes down or production goes up /shrug

what he was trying to say (in an assholish way) was that it takes more miles to break it in, he wasnt saying your buddy ragged it out or anything.

someone WILL scoop this up, and actually it's not that bad of a deal. as i said, i probably would have bought it had i not already bought a bike. i can vouch from experience that dealers are asking 4500 (1k over msrp) not including taxes, freight, etc. making it more than 5.5k out the door.
plus there's a ridiculous wait list.
