its just the south end of croatan, where the beach gets blocked off due to Camp... you guessed it. Pendleton =]

 

it always seems like everyone and their mom talks about surfing and how huge the waves are first hurricane of the season, i get tired of people coming up to me and telling me how gnarly it was today "yo dude we went to va beach today and it was like 15ft high man i swear, shit was insane!!!, i was body boarding i got so thrashed around it was nuts dude!!!", they act like i have no idea what its like, i hate all you people and the world

 

Va Beach compares from nothing from where I have surfed. My dad was in the marines and he got a double assignment in HI for 8 Years and Lived in Barbados for 2 and i have surfed waves alot better and bigger than this bullshit, and people out in the water were like "whoa these are HUGE!" I just laughed....

 

yeah i was in HI first 2 weeks on june this year, that was fun! 3-4ft everyday and clean, then went to 6ft sandys ahhhhhhhhhh

 

yah we lived on what is now MCBH and we had two local beaches on base we could surf and not get fucked with by the locals, it was awesome

thats a good bodyboarders beach, nah bellows is on sochfield (sp?) the army base...I wanna say something like Rocky Point for our base but it was about 5-6 years ago since i lived in HI
