they said it was no records in va. but there could be records in another state. So i bought a carfax. it said the last oil change on record was in 1991 in CA. so I called them and there was no records either. the lady told me to call every state. but the hell with that.

i agree that many times...i own a body shop and repair shop and i get titles for everything ...he just doesnt want to do it...
