i have a set of forks and a lower tree i'll sell you cheap. you'll just have to get an upper tree and a stem (has a 1" stem init right now, but i didn't mod the tree to make it fit) you could use the existing stem from your stock tree and it'll go right in. i was going to use the forks and trees on a speed record bike, but money is tight and that's not gonna happen for a while. if you want the forks/trees (upper tree is there, but i modded it slightly) i'll let it all go for $100. USD's would be killer on that bike.

The Bandit looks really good, dude. It's good to see it coming along.
It's funny, I actually swapped the stock upright bars in favor of the clipons that are on it right now. I just felt too awkward sitting so straight up.
So, did you have any plans on paint or are you going to keep her green?

 

hahahaha, and those bars ended up on my chop until i made the ones on it now. i still have them, as a matter of fact. don't have the risers any more though. i think i used them on something at some point. probably a dirtbike bar conversion for my F2 fighter/stuntbike.

 

Haha...that bike had all types of stock parts leftover after the tail swap. It's good you made use of some of the parts.

 

Dude, unfortunatly, I don't seem to have any pics of your stuff anymore. It took a little thinking, but I am betting you are talking about a certain pic of a certain gixxer in mostly stock bodywork!
