i know these motors are junk but thats pretty much all i have to work with at this point.

 

main realy you can get from autozone for 15.99 if you have the wells part number..not the cross-referenced mitsuba number.. same relay just different prices.
also it still sounds to me like your plug wires are all wrong... the firing order of hondas is 1-3-4-2 so check that again

im located on the CG base in portsmouth....but the car is located in deep creek

 

if your getting spark,fuel,air, and compression then it has to be a timing issue. Either ignition or mechanical. It the mechanical timing is on point then i would try a distributor. But thats just what i would do.
