So how many schools were closed because of this? This state can't handle snow or heavy rain over 3" and panic.

Actually my mom lives in Clifton Forge, which is about 10 minutes from WV. I think she said her county got 2" and the county beside her's got 5". The one that had 5" had some big accident on interstate or something and closed school cause the buses couldn't get there or something.

That is a bit different than central Va and Nova. I remember growing up in Jersey and going to school in 6inches of snow. Here the threat of it closes schools.
