Probably one of the stupidest tickets ever.

 

I live in Virginia Beach (at JMU for school).

I drove a SLAMMED civic, running a 3'' exhuast out of a Greddy Evo canister, and boosted. I did this for just over two years.

Never stopped once. Don't be a retard, and they will leave you alone. I live RIGHT next to the Courthouse, go past it everyday, and never got stopped. Needless to say my car was on the ground, was moderately loud, and they left me alone.

Virginia Beach is not that bad, but it is when you stomp the gas everywhere.

 

That was a bit of a profile. This is the first time in 3 years of driving a car with a exhaust and suspension that I have been pulled over. When I got pulled I was on my way to the store not pushing it or anything, just driving.

When cops are bored, they will pull for anything. I know this because im doing ride alongs, and I have been with them when stuff hanging from the mirror is enough reasonable suspicion to pull someone over. Just depends on the day of the week, and I picked the wrong day to drive to the store.

 

I thought measurement was from the bottom of the headlight to the ground or do i fial.
