You're going to be the one to stand tall and hold your arms out to be cuffed and go to jail only to be charged with additional charges that you may or may not be able to beat after spending absurd amounts of money for legal representation? I spent $5,000 on my attorney and he did nothing for me. Nothing. Why take a chance? Why not just take a vehicular trespassing/loitering ticket and fight it in front of the judge and hope they believe you? It's like a $50 ticket instead of spending an unknown amount of time in jail and facing multiple charges?

I know what you mean, but would you REALLY let that happen? They'd impound your car, take you to jail where you may or may not be able to bond out depending on your charges, charge you with additional bullshit... etc.

It just seems like that could be gotten out of. How can he prove you were loitering when you have proof that you weren't? I mean, I know it would just cause a lot of trouble but... Fuck I hate that kind of shit.

yea....i know from experience what the d-bag will do.....wrote me for no reverse lights after i argued w/ him that there is no law stating you HAD to have them( fully shaved rear end on a sonoma) he finally wrote the ticket after pulling me over about 6 times total for the same reason.lol...i got it thrown out and made him look like an ass...tractor trailer and ice-cream trucks are the only vehicle required to have them....otherwise if the light socket isnt there....they dont have to be! i've heard stories of Fuller as a kid from adults who knew him in their childhoods riding his bicycle around blowing a whistle trying to command people what to do(playing police boy) lol....not even joking. he's pathetic

Wow. I don't have much experience with the cops, but from what I've read in here, I don't want to lol. Guess I'm gonna try to keep myself out of trouble so I don't have to end up posting a story about me getting screwed over.

Then you'd be in jail. Good going. Signing the ticket is NOT an admission of guilt, it is a promise to appear.

I also have had a run in with this guy. I had just put new plug wires on my car and I hadn't pressed one of them down hard enough so it wasn't making good contact with the plug, so my car had a little bit of a miss. I stopped at Go-Mart (mistake) to fix my plug wire. Well next thing I know he comes flying in the parking lot like I had shot someone. He got out and asked me what I thought I was doing. I told him that I was fixing my plug wire. He told me that I could not do that there and he wrote me a trespassing ticket. Yeah... so I agree, the guy is a douche. I complained and it actually worked. Never had to pay that ticket. Its really a shame that this guy can get away with stuff like I'm reading on here. He gives the good cops out there a bad name.
