You should also look into JR water injection kit. It will help lower the temps down. I've actually thought about JRSC back in the days but backed out.... personal preferrence....

DSM injectors are hit/miss even with a decent electronic fuel management. Hondata doesnt even recommend them. I say look into RC, Precision, Lucas, or Siemen. You'll find great deals if you look around ebay and H-T. A set of used 440-550cc injectors are pretty easy to find nowadays.

So; it's taken me allot longer than expected for a few reasons..............but I'm almost there.

Finally got it mounted and bolted. Had to try puting it in place a few different times because it such a tight fit!!! I mean; wow. Finally got everything arranged so it would fit in there without damaging/pinching anything....or so we thought.

Broke the PCV fitting on the first try.......thought about just not using one; but it seems like there is room now so I'll get one and throw it on. And the main coolant line is STILL being pinched; mainly because it's a cheap line. Gotta figure out how to keep it from pinching at the bend below the sc.

Still a little odds and ends..........but at least it's on.

CAI came in; in the process of taking out the stock airbox.

Got my tires mounted on the Slips.......I gotta say; the center caps they come with are just teh gay!!!!

Exhaust is completely off (and for sale....heh heh heh) and just waiting to get it together to get my muffler and exhaust installed.

Spare motors anyone????????

And the header is on.

Little by little she's getting there.................

Like people have been saying, get a set of RC440s. Hell, there are about 5 sets on this site alone. Be careful though whom you buy from, I'm sure I could find you a good/tried n true set. I gave mine to my brother.

Get rid of that DC-Sport header seriously.

I'm not sure how much crankcase pressure these supercharged motors get but I'd look into a crank case vent kit. Although I'm turbocharged and shooting for alot more power, I will be running one with no black box on the back of the motor.

Lol.... No some N2o is the cheap way to make 220hp!

Started her up Sunday night; ran like ass because I still haven't found the proper size belt I need for the SC (meaning the belt wasn't even on it). Started it to look for any coolant leaks and just to make sure I didn't screw anything up. Found one coolant leak and fixed it.

I (hopefully) have the proper belt size now...............so she should be done in the next couple days. Just gotta get all the belts back on, exhaust on and put the tires back on her..................

Awesome!

If you are interested in purchasing a breather setup (because your going to need it), I have a moroso setup if interested I'll let go for cheap and a JRSC liquid intercooler setup

Like everyone has said, DC sport headers suck! Not bashing, but keep up the good work bro. Looks nice so far, can't wait to see some numbers.

Here's the update:

After getting to the final step of putting the belts back on, I notice that the SC and crank pulleys are lining up; but the double pulley on the alt isn't. It was about 1/4" off. Enough to let me know something wasn't right and I would just shred belts.

So; I was so disgusted at reaching the LAST step and getting stopped AGAIN..........adding that to the fact I've been driving my F150 to and from work at about 13mpg.......I put the stock intake manifold back on so I could at least get some better gas mileage.

Finally got a day off today so I called Jackson Racing out in Cali to see if they could help me. I was assuming the alt bracket I had was wrong...........not even thinking the double pulley on the alt could have been wrong.

Long story longer..........Keith helped me out and didn't even seem to care I bought the kit used. Told me I prolly had the wrong pulley as the GSR alt pulley is the one that is different: all the B16 motors and the Type R GSR motor use the same one which is different. The guy knew his shit and I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated! Classy company!

They even have a warehouse in Richmond that had it in stock.....so I should have the part by Friday at the latest and ready to tear it down and put it back together again this weekend. I tell ya; with all the practice I've had, I bet I could get it done in under two hours start to finish!
