A friend of mine just bought another turbo supra. It's a single and is expected to run 10.0 flat.
Fucking cool cars, easy to mod, but I don't think I'd ever be happy with one. Just too bulky for me.

Theres a few things I'm going to try this friday when I go, I think I was running to much air in the rear tires 23psi. Also I was running extremelly low timing on a conserative tune for 93oct, I will be running 110 so I can advance timing a whole bunch.
Thers a guy in dublin who has a 700hp supra but dont even race it. He's only concerned with what it makes on the dyno. He will be going for the 1000hp mark pretty soon.

Everything responds well to a turbo lol. Thers a stock block turboed 474hp mustang v6 on youtube a while back. I really wish I went that route.

As far as the timing/fuel/power crap, throw it out of your head because it's irrelevant until you learn how to properly launch the car. What's done suspension wise?
Don't tell anyone but I spent many a weekends at the drag strip with an 87 Mustang during my early teenage years. That's what got me into cars.
Well, that and the chicks.

You're still my boo though.
I'm running stock suspension on nitto 555r 16"rims. I'm thinking about installing my meth injection kit and going crazy with boost. I'm running 9psi and made 300/308. I think I can take it up to around 16psi with the d1sc procharger on a 6rib pulley setup. What do you guys think about spraying a small shot of nitrous in my intercooler?
Nice mustang, I've got an 87 gt my self. DailyDriver with over 200,000 miles on it and still going strong with the original motor.
Why does everyone hate musterds? Oh wait... nevermind lol.

A better 60' with nothing else will get you close to 7's.It varies, but generally every 1/10th improvement in the 60' will lower your overall ET by a little more.In my experience,if you could get down to a 1.7 60' -almost a .5 improvement- you could see a .6-.7 drop in your ET.
What was the problem with the launch?Spin too much?Bog?
That rear tire pressure sounds a little high-you could play with that some.
Main thing though is to just get more experience,as said above.Thats the main thing that'll improve your 60',and that's the easiset way to lower your ET with no more mods.
As for the nitrous, did you mean ON your I/C to cool it,or IN the intake path?
If on,it can help lower the intake temps, but assuming you're not sitting idling in the staging lanes forever,it's hard to say how heat soaked it will actually be.If it's close to ambient temp to begin with,it's hard to say how much it'll lower temps. Also,if you're planning on running more timing to go with the lower temps,be conservative, since it's hard to duplicate the exact same amount of cooling every time from all the variables.Of course, also make sure that the nitrous won't make it's way into the intake either
If you you want to actually spray a small shot into the engine,I don't see any problem with that-just be sure to add the needed extra fuel.
*edit* Oh,to answer your original question,Motor Mile is my favorite. It has the best surface and is usually prepped well.
