I just recently spent a week out in the Caribbean and it seems that most folks have recessed to the old 90's way of modifying their vehicle, ie; large spoilers, decals, incorrect emblems, etc. Either way, my point is that this car is from Florida which has a lot of folks from the Caribbean and South America, have come over here with some interesting tastes.
