I've been debating replacing it for a while. It will cost about $6-700 after paint and all. I'm kind of having second thoughts now though, last weekend I had something run out in front of me and I hit it @45mph. Happended right in the same spot. Sent my foglight cover flying over the car and put a nice scratch on the side. I would have been pissed if I had already replaced it.

I may replace it later down the road, but I'm pretty happy with it for now. I get compliments on it all the time, lol. I actually just came back from lunch and had 2 guys 50+ asking me about it and telling me they thought it was cool, lol.
