IIRC AE86s had them...a certain model did anyway.

So do E30 M3s.

Also maybe a Nissan engine? Can't say for sure though.

AE86s didn't have them but a generation or two after them did (I think the AE101). People put them in 86s though.

I thought all M cars had ITBs?

Ahhhh, that's right. 4AGE 20 valve I think.

Most M cars do, I was just referring to 4 cylinders there since that's what he was asking about.

E36 M3s don't have ITBs, neither did the M535i, the original M car next to the M1. Nor did most M-coupes and M-roadsters, except for during the last 2 years of production.

There's also the Canadian M540i, has a single throttle. MEGA rare car. 50-something produced IIRC.

Then there are there's the non-M-badged, but M-built car: the 850csi.

Every other car has had ITBs.

Longer intake runners create more torque... by their very nature ITB's are short so they make way more high end power, but suffer on the bottom end.

And that's why some companies offer multiple manifold designs so you can tailor your power curve to your use.

How is a Watts Link a unique part?

Are those X-racing filters/covers? All the mexicano cars i work on have those walmart floormats and seat covers in them...

still a wicked setup though.

Only if that's the intended design. It's just as easy to make longer runners and velocity stacks. Notice the length of the runners on the Corvette that someone already posted, that is definitely not a high-RPM-only setup.
