I'm lucky . I have 20% tint and exhaust. Ffx or pwc hasn't messed with me yet. I think its because I have washington state tags. O and no front lp.

IIRC they can't pull you just for exhaust since its not a primary offense, its considered seconday but Tint and definitely no front plate they will. Unless your car is filed under the Exotic exemption sub law then they will fine you. I get no front plate tickets all the time.

I have 35% all around... never get shit about it. Been pulled over 4+ times too. Never any tint or exhaust ticket. As long as you roll down your windows so the cop can clearly see what your doing, radio on mute hands on steering wheel they shouldn't have too big of a problem with you. There are always cops who for whatever reason don't like you but the majority of cops I have come into contact with are pretty chill.
You make them feel comfortable, in charge and be polite they 90% of the time will return the favor.

Just take a picture of a window with no tint on and it and say you removed it 
Then the next time, roll down your window all the way and say its stuck and cant roll it up to test
