Gotcha, yea I bought it and never installed it, it is listed as a "high flow race cat" but you are right, it is not street legal. OP asked for a high flow "cat" and I can't think of one that is legal.

But it's not a cat. High flow cats aren't legal because they don't work as well as OEM, and they aren't tested or certified on that particular car.

Your cat isn't a cat at all, high flow or otherwise. It just goes where a cat was.
