But if you really want an SA rated lid you may want to look at the rules of the other groups you will be running with. I just bring this up because the SCCA had and I think still has a rule that requires open faced helmets for drivers who's cars have airbags and is using the OE safety belts. Most other groups don't have this rule. Just food for thought.
Thanks man. I might pass on the motor cycle helmet just due to the fact that I'll probably attend other drift events that will, more than likely, require a SA rated helmet.

I understand about the sizing. I'll contact the seller to see if I can return the helmet if it doesn't fit properly. I'd love to actually try one on but no one sells them in the 757. I've heard that there's a place in D.C... but i dunno where.

Anyways, I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is how will it be to ride around with a helmet for XX amount of time. Should I purchase one that promotes ventilation/air flow...??

Or is basic ventilation enough? I mean, I don't want to be sweating my face-off in there and have my visor all fogged up. Know what I mean?

My visor is always up and I don't sweat much so its no big deal for me, even during a 30-40 min session. Any one of the one you listed would be fine.

I thought it was mandatory to have it down. You think other drift events will require it to be down?

I don't drift so I don't know. I would think its listed on lookouts page. I'm sure someone else who slides on purpose can answer better than that.

Mine is always up unless I'm riding with a drifter because I don't want random debris flying into my face

I'm going to this. Are motorcycle helmets OK? I dunno what my dad has, but I know he bought it semi recently.
