It's a matter of respect here man. This isn't texting, this is a forum. You didn't offend me, but it did make what you wrote very difficult.

I can deal with acronyms and "u" and "lol" and "wut" and whatever but punctuation is key. BTW what you wrote just now is uh-lot better!

The better you write, the more credibility you'll have online. It's just that simple. You might be a good guy, but if you type like a retard I'm going to assume you are, well, retarded.

I usually don't even read massive blocks of molested text. Grammar, spelling, punctuation -- they're awesome.

should i just pay it. or go to court?
moving radar (moving laser is in its infancy and takes 2 ppl to operate - one to drive the other to point the laser at stuff). yes it's accurate. if the officer is worth a damn he'll have all his calibration records ready at the court date. don't bother with that route. call the court and sweet talk one of the clerks into telling you how the judge feels about calibrations. down here if they're even 1 mph off ( in either direction fast or slow) he knocks it down to an equipment violation. he doens't believe in the driver's schools either. yours may be different. so- talk to the clerk or go watch court one morning before your date and see what other people get and how the judge reacts.

ok ok ok I'll type proper. And missmey is right, it really depends on the judge, if they will accept the class or not. I took the class and went to court because i didn't want the points on my license because they can really limit what you can do. so find out what u can about what the judge accepts. some judges in my county accept the class, and some dont, but the class does place positive points on your license which can help you out. the positive points are done through the DMV not the judge so you will get plus points one way or another if you take the class. If you dont care about having a few points on your license then just pay it. it will be easier and cheaper
