you can see where the outline of the vin plate used to be. so it looks to be a usdm tranny. are the two holes on the front threaded or not?

So it means it is a usdm itr tranny with the vin removed. Just sayin.

idk when i got it the dude said jdm im going by what hes saying when i ran the j4d lsd all it said was type r not usdm not jdm nothing just type r

thanks man i will hit you up if it dosent work i need it gone asap but 3 foot of snow isnt helping me out any haha and i didnt no we could base a trans from the bell housing lol internals could completely different

no its just the fact the trans is 99% a stolen tranny. Noeone just removes the vin number for no reason. It was prolly removed so noeone could run the vin and see if came from a stolen itr. Glws with your stolen tranny

Captain, do some research. J4D is a jdm 4.4/4.785 tranny. Non- usdm.
