So basically i would hire the lawyer and they wouldnt charge me anything to work on my case and if we win he takes the payment from the other insurance?

If thats the case than i can hire a lawyer. If not i wouldnt be able to afford it. A friend said the law exists, its just most of cannot afford to use it

Obviously, your insurance company isn't going to volunteer to repair the damages unless you make them.

At any rate, you need to hire a lawyer.
I could ask them about it, but wouldnt that raise my premiums or anything?

This makes me worried though about getting any work done on my car. Basically the shop could do a shitty job and if i dont pay for it they can keep the car and charge storage fees. Meanwhile i have to get a rental to get to work?
