I agree completely!!! Safety is the most important aspect on working on any piece of machinery. Giving questionable advice that could "possibly" injure someone can "possibly" lead to you losing your life or losing something vital. That doesn’t even let me focus on getting the job done right?!!

To the OP. If you haven't messed with compressed strut assys, then I recommend you have a helping hand. They can be very dangerous!!

lol i have a shop that'll let me use the spring comp. for free but yeah im not dumb enough to fuck with it

Watch, I can say the same thing about changing your oil:

I know people will try to tell you that you need a jack and jackstands, buy you can do it with a 5 gallon bucket and 4 strong friends.

And then:

I am just letting the OP that is can be done, I was not trying to tell them to do it and that it is safe. Some times you have to do something that is not safe to get the job done. Either way I agree that you should have a jack and jackstands to make it safe.
