No, a TPS wouldn't cause an IACV CEL.

i belive ive seen this car alot a friend of a friend put the swap in and extended wheel studs??

Is there another connector under there that can be switched with the IACV connector (during the install)? I can't even remember, it's been so long since I've touched a Honda..
