I am offering some other options if you wouldn't like to spend the full amount.
If you would like the car without the bhr coils it would be 11,600. Without the bhr coils, gauges, BC, and turbo timer it would be 10,900.
I would take 10,100 without the extra turbo, gauges, system, boost controller, turbo timer, and ignition coils. Thanks!
I found out that the abs lights turning on was a result of having all my brake lights LEDs. This is a common occurrence on these cars.

It wouldn't be more than 3-400 for a turbo rebuild and installation, its a basic mitsu turbo. I was going to upgrade it through BNR turbos which would make it flow more like a gt series turbo. That would cost 1100.
