I was having the same problem when my car was overheating. Could it be a clogged up fuel filter causing that?

what im talking about are just these little plastic valves that only let air out not in. I cut the vacuum line that went from the throttle body to the map sensor and placed the valves in between the two using T's. They are clear and go on the end of their own vacuum lines. i dont know how else to explane them.
those are check valves. get a missing link and get rid of them.

so thats what is causing the engine to bog down when i accelerate at everyday driving pace....i thought they just keep the MAP sensor from reading boost...im never in boost when this happens.

if you boost once, itll fault the map sensor and engine into limp mode, which is whats happening when it hesitates.

are you saying that it will start going into that mode while im not in boost after i hit boost once? Because thats what it's doing. It doesnt mess up in boost at all...i guess that makes sense. I never thought about when exactly it started messing up...i thought it was just after it warmed up for a while, but i guess it could be because when i get on the highway i hit boost a couple times...and when i get off on the regular stop and go streets it starts meesing up. i guess ill be getting that missing link then.

if the MAP sensor reads boost (positive manifold pressure), it will go into limp mode, and cause the car to dumps lots of fuel...which would explain the low end bogging. i believe the motor also pulls some timing in limp mode. check valves are only able to bleed a couple psi per check valve....so your map is probably seeing boost and putting the motor into limp mode everytime you drive it (which would be why it only starts to act up after it's warmed up....because thats after you've put boost on it)
