A HOA in green run is probably the best thing that ever happened to that shit hole... At least it makes people take care of their shit (and even then does a pretty piss poor job at it, but still) -- Short of the ridiculous fees, anyone who bitches about a HOA is the same as bitching about getting pulled over for breaking the law. Don't like it? Don't buy the home, or move.

While most HOA's are left over nazi party members I really think it's something Green Run could use. It's not exactly the safest/nicest part of town and having a strict HOA actually gets thing done.

Now what you should do is get on the board and help clean up your shitty neighborhood. I'm embarassed that's it's in Virginia Beach.
The reset button needs to be pressed for that neighborhood and magic hallow while we're at it.

luckily where i live there is no HOA... cops came and asked me to move my FD before cause it was near a mailbox, i told them that i pay taxes for that street so im going to park it there, and they left. Douche bag neighbors.
I cant wait until I purchase my own house, we have people now asking us to move our vehicles sometimes because its "hard" for them to make a turn into their 2 way driveway. When i get my own house ill be like tough shit take a driving lesson or two.

^^ All of the houses on my parent's street have mailboxes on the street as well and every time a car was parked where the mailman couldn't drive right up to it they never got mail. It took us a while to figure it out, but that's ridiculous.
