that might be true but there not a 2008 model and there not a C/R model either so, its cool if you don't like the price then tha'ts cool. Its not your thread so you don't have to worry about it. But again thank you for the free bump.

www.car-part.com has a 2008 11k mile motor GUARANTEED to run flawless...for 4000 and thats nego..sure you could get for 3750
might want to go check that site out for your parts pricing...and remember all thos eare junk yards that offer a warranty and guarantee

Yea thats where i checked for the prices for the stuff. We deal with that company as well as LKQ for our motors as well, but the $8k includes all the suspension and everything that I have, not just the motor and trans. I was expecting around $4k for the motor as far as being a substantial price. If i could get $6k for the swap i would be happy.

Just a few posts you said you don't know how much s2k parts go for, now your saying you have decent prices posted? Just so you know, ap2 motors are not favor'd being that they are stroked so they rev 1k rpms less. You can buy a complete AP2 swap from ebay for $4000 with wiring harness, ecu, and axles. There is one on ebay right now for 2700 and it's also an 08' motor. But you seem to be very knowledgeable, anyways glws.

That maybe the case but I still think that everything posted for 8 grand isnt bad. Ive already done the research over the last week, so i think the prices are somewhat close to fair.
