like everyone elses check for spark and fuel. if its still cranking but not starting check your main relay under the dash or you have done messed up your ignition coil in the distributor running a low voltage battery.

OP when you say the power doesnt go past the starter do you mean the motor doesnt turn over? Or does it turn over and not start you got to be very clear about these things so we can help you!
