Just because something is front driven doesn't mean it is impossible to spin out and otherwise. It's almost like saying a splitter on a RWD is not functional.

 

So how much of a better job does that ugly ass "JDM" spoiler do than a stock Type R spoiler?

 

Are you asking to be a smartass? Or are you actually trying to learn something? For kids that just play on the street you shouldnt be noticing a difference, but on a track, high speed braking and high speed cornering it is very noticeable. Downforce is good on a road course whether youre driving a 84 cavalier or a 10 ferrari.

Learn and understand a bit before making ignorant comments.

And if you must ask, the car pictured sees more track time than street time. Its all functional (even down to the del sol seats), i could care less what ignorant kids think of the car.

I am 6'4 and dont wanna spend a grand on one fixed bucket seat. Del sol seats sit the lowest and they are cloth, and at 60 bucks it makes a great track seat.

The mugen spoiler is adjustable, even at the lowest setting it creates more downforce than the stock ITR spoiler.
