I was just teasing since I am alone and bitter.

Coolest thing I've done on Valentine's Day....

Chilling with my girl the night before. I have my friend call my cell phone late at night. I then tell her that I have to go to work to take care of something and I'll be back in an hour or so. She gets upset and says she's just gonna go home. I beg her to stay and give her one of the many gifts that I planned to give her for Vday. So she stays.

I leave and come back a few hours later. I had a bunch of balloons (including the kinds with the teddy bear in them) and about $200 worth of flowers stashed in my office at work, which I just brought back with me.

She wakes up in the morning and is surrounded by flowers and some kickass balloons. I also got her some jewelry and some other gifts which were wrapped up and laid out on the table in front of where she fell asleep.

It was pretty cool and romantic of me.
