Anyway... to answer the original question.. all of those options are possible. If you really want to mod your suspension, coilovers are the way to go. But you're going to have to shell out some serious cash for that. If you're just interested in dropping your car, go with aftermarket springs. Eibach, Neuspeed are popular springs... if you drop your car 1.75 like you want, you'll probably need to get a camber kit. You'll probably need one for the rear, but not one for the front unless you drop it over 2 inches. Also keep in mind if you go with springs, you'll eventually fuck your shocks and you'll need to replace them down the road... just something to remember! Hope this helps some!
