gun laws don't really worry me, I don't carry. possibly the main thing that would affect my decision is cost of living. I'll have to figure that out once I'm given a figure.

THe guy tha mentioned commute was right too. It takes me an hour to get 22 miles around the west side ofthe beltway between 8 and 9.

If your GF is a teacher, you should put Montgomery county in your list. Pay is, good benefits and more. I have lived in Montgomery county since I moved to the US and happy with it. Also the school system is very good in Montgomery county. Out of all the places here in MD. I would say Montgomery county.

For Nova, what are some good commuter areas? I would very happy with rural living if it saved me loads of money and I could get a nice house out of it. Same could be said for MD too I spose.
