I think there's a certain amount of time (90 days) where if a car is impounded and not returnable, it's auctioned off.

I think in Fairfax County, a pellet gun is like a paintball gun. You can be charged with "discharging a firearm" if you shoot ur paintball gun/bb gun in your back yard, so im gonna guess he'll be charged with some kind of assault w/ a weapon...and then he'll get in trouble for it being a "realistic looking gun" and a concealed weapon or whatever. and by the way...

usually at a junk yard/towing yard. Henry's has quite a few of them on a weekly basis. some people actually make money and sell these things.... buy one for like 100 or 200, sell them for 500 or 600

....only problem is that you can only own up to like 7 or 8 cars before you have to get a dealership license
