I dont hate neons I am just not a fan of the body style. I give props to dodge for the SRT-4, because it is pretty fast. I am in the market for a new car and the SRT-4 has came across my mind, but I am not sure if I can see my self driving one. I will joke anything that has a huge ass wing on it that no purpose at all. In racing some wings are helpful, but on a street driven honda they serve not purpose. Maybe if ricers would take off the wings they would go faster because of aerodynamic drag.

I also love when ricers put a bunch of performance mods on their car and then add 5033839384 lbs of speakers, amps and extra batteries.

No, seriously though... a neon will always be a neon... they suck, period... even srt4s but if you think about it... kias, hyundais, saturns, etc, all catch a lot of flack! I mean mustang owners (for the most part) hate Hondas, Honda owners (most of them) hate mustangs/camaros... There will always be people who hate certain types of cars... we call that "stereotyping", a major part of this world

Will somebody PLEASE explain the benifits of a big ass wing bolted to the trunklid of a front wheel drive car anyways??? I mean i understand the whole "downforce" etc., but I'd imagin unless you are doing 150+mph, it does nothing for ya but look like complete rice!! I have a buddy that bolted one that was 3 feet high and SWARES he can corner faster cause of it!! Sounds like a complete wate of money that could be going under the hood, or elsewhere.

The stock srt-4 wing does help in high speeds (which is little use on the street), however it actually is there more for control during braking, this coming from Ethan, the lead designer of the car.

Show me a 20k stock new honda that is even in the ballpark, then you can say srt-4's suck, until then enjoy your torqueless wonder. The s2000, is a very nice vehicle IMO, but alas not in the ballpark $$ wise.

Honda has failed to deliver what dodge has the balls to do for their own cars, ie produce aftermarket support of its level.

Oh damn...Im stereotyping...

Sweet i learned something for the week now The SRT-4's wing is mounted a lil better too, then the ricer ones with the two thin aluminum pilars....... Seems like IF they did work they wouldn't be too stable.
