He means Rosco (a member on here) uses it as his beater to drive around his dead car/junkyard lot.
What a way to spend your last days; as someone elses literal beater.
I miss this car:
I was able to get it back a few years later but it was too far gone from everyone else that had their hands on it to be able to bring back to life the way it was.
