If you can drive on the street with open exhaust then you can dyno with open exhaust. No parking lot wrenching! Cutouts are driven on the street all the time and can be opened whenever...so cutouts are ok.

Pre-register time slots are filling up. Call to get on the list to reserve a spot. Registered cars will be dynoed first.
