Tire shine?

Where does the tire slime go? On your paint.
I used to use it all the time, and eventually had huge problems with faded paint spots directly behind my wheels
Plus IMO gel looks cheap as hell, like an afro covered in grease.
I like crisp, clean, black tires and interior.. Not shiny oily

Dude you don't put it on heavy and you let the tire dry before any high speed runs.

if you don't have any money, but have some dish soap, like say lemon fresh joy, use it. the results are staggering.

Wow, thanks for the help, I tried that gel crap a while ago on my alero when i had it. I EVEN used a SMALL amount. I didnt shine the way i wanted it to. I'm the type of person that wants nice looking, decently shiny tires. Not something you have to put your shades on. I might try either that meguiars spray or the black magic, hell...maybe even eagle one. I might try the simple green stuff too, i got some of that in the house.
I've never heard of anyone using gel and it not shining. Did you use Meguiar's? I know that shines really nice, but I don't know about other gels. I can't use anything you spray on (foam) because my rims look like shit when the stuff gets on there and when I try to wipe it off they look dull instead of bling.
Here are two pics, one from the day and one at night with the Meguiar's Gel. Tire's are blinging.

I rest my case.

use westley to clean your tires each time or they will brown.
spray onto pad, and apply to tire.
release the ebrake, and move it forward a little-this will allow you to reach where the tire was on the ground.
wait 15 minutes and apply second coat.
do not drive at least an hour later.
your shine should still be seen after your next wash
