I always got mine from the latinos walking around with ice carts and a bell or the pizza shops back in NYC. Mango and Coconut are the best

Is not being able to sleep at night "withdrawl"? I have been laying in bed for hours.. last night the last time I remember was 2 48 and then I woke up... but I was in bed since 11 30... which is kinda weird.. usually Im a big sack of potatoe's and just pass out normally... hmm...

Italian Ice...is actually fresh lemons mixed with ice that they sell in little carts in Italy. They have all sorts of flavors now. Pretty good shit. DOnt get it if you have sensative teeth though....
