First off i tested the old thermostat, it was bad. i also tested the new one it is good. replacing the thermostat helped a little, now it will idle without overheating but if i try to drive it it will overheat. I got a new radiator coming today that i will be putting in this weekend. The water pump and timing belt were replace back in december both were new from autozone. I have another water pump and a headgasket that i am going to replace both if replacing the radiator doesnt fix the overheating problem. Also when i change the radiator i am going to check all the hoses for any type of blockage. I havent check any fuses for the fans because both of them are on when it is overheating and off when it is idling. Also what is a thurmoswitch?
