hmmm i see a cf hood painted white with the cf patterns slightly showing thru....looks sexy to me. oh and some projector head lights with angel eyes. and that would finish off the great looks on that ride. wait....and a big front mount...but its not turbo oh well

You can't really see it in pics....at least I havn't been able to. theres a guy w/ a show car rs eclipse w/ a bombex kit on it with a cf hood with the cf designs barely showing thru. and theres a guy here in wilm that owns a z06 with a cf hood, trunk, mirrors, and i think his top either comes off or is like a targa top but it's cf too, painted over w/ the cf designs barely showing thru. it's very nice when done right. I think its one of the best ideas to do when painting cf.

 

oops forgot to update..it wasnt totaled but the frame was bent but basically the air bags didnt come out so i guess that didnt total it. its been sitting waitin for repairs for 3 weeks now..will start nexgt week on the frame then another 3 weeks prob at least for paint and body work

 

did you ever end up ordering a hood?

 

One of my buddyies has a vis cf evo style hood he is trying to get rid of if you need a hood. He just got it but he wants an oem style hood instead.

well, then maybe yall could just trade. I did make a mistake, I thought it was a vis but it is made by carbon creations. Anyways, if you want it then pm me your number and I will give it to chris, he'll call you later tonight about it.
