Considering all of maybe 1 or 2 maybe even 3 stock cars under 50 grand even run a 12.9 ...

Yeah thats fine and all, but some people might think its kinda rude for people who've modded their cars to run 13's or 14's then for the sterotypical modded F-body owner to just call them slow cuz they don't run 12's. Twelve's are damn fast for most any car.
